With over 2 decades of experience in the manufacturing and supply of raw materials in the global market, the team of SourceNeed decided to come up with the first platform of its own to give the chance to manufacturing companies to share each other their raw materials, surplus or slow moving and stocked products, not only to avoid waste and reduce cost but also to generate a new revenue stream and avoid unnecessary air and ground shipments across North America. This would help companies save significantly in their cost of purchasing by not overpaying to purchase small quantities, and also by avoiding the expensive cross border shipping and duties.
It most importantly would help the environment by avoiding unnecessary long haul shipments and all its resulting carbon footprints . SourceNeed also provides a great platform to make a new revenue stream for companies by using the same means that are available to them, the products that are sitting in their stock and their existing workforce to take care of the logistics needs. Thanks to the trust of our great partners, we are hoping for many companies to come onboard and make this a growing community rather than a marketplace and help the North American manufacturing industry to thrive further.
